Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULE Please call to reschedule or cancel a requested appointment if within 1 hour of the original scheduled appointment time. Appointments can be rescheduled at any time online, and are subject to any remaining availability. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations do not incur a fee; however, repeated cancellations should be avoided. Please call us if you have any questions or difficulty in scheduling your appointment. We do not accept walk-in appointments in order to respect the dedicated time of families who scheduled their services. WHAT TO EXPECT Please respect your designated appointment time by calling ahead if delayed for any reason. Appointments are approximately 15 minutes long. We understand the loss families are experiencing, and we sympathize greatly. We do require that families schedule their appointments and come at a time when all desired members of the family are present and when the family is prepared to release their pet into our care, having already said their final good-byes, etc. CUSTOM ENGRAVINGS/KEEPSAKES We are thrilled to have new and favorited keepsakes and memorabilia back in stock! Custom engravings are completed and available within 1-3 days. Custom keepsakes require 1-7 days for processing/completion, as most items are handmade with extra detail and craftsmanship.
