What does a Private Cremation mean?
Private Cremations mean that your pet or select group of pets will be individually cremated, without being combined with any other pets remains. Cremations include a beautiful, complimentary cedar memorial box and a Certificate of Cremation.
Can my pet be cremated with their collar or RFID tag?
Typically collars and bedding/blankets are removed prior to cremation, and RFID tags are appropriate to leave implanted.

Can I witness the cremating process?
At this time, we do not offer private, live viewings of the cremation. However, please let us know if this is a service that you would love to see us offer in the future so that we can gauge interest and work to offer an even more comprehensive experience for your family.
How long does the cremation take?
We offer same day cremations: meaning that the day of pickup or drop-off is the same day that your pet will be cremated. Cremations take a few hours, and your pet's remains will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. Additional products, especially custom name plates, may require an additional 1-2 days for pickup. Please let us know if you will require shipping of your pet's remains or additional products.
From what locations can you provide pickup services?
We provide pickup services in the Solano, Napa and Yolo Counties. Pickup service comes at an additional fee with pricing varying based on distance. We specifically provide pickups from UC Davis, local shelters and places of residence. Please call us to confirm that we service your specific area.
